Very bad service leading to money loss

Promised me to move in my house by 27 November 2013 instead they organized that we meet at the house and do a final inspection.
This was where I was supposed to get the keys and move in instead they told me that electricity was not installed yet however they would fix it and by the 30 Nov it will be done and I would move in
2 days later they called to say there had been change of plans, I wouldn't be moving in due to electricity
I had already put in a notice at my flat which they literally ignored when I mentioned it
To top it all off they made standard bank release the final payment before I could move into the house and in turn the bank started deducting their bond installment from me. now I paid the flat and the bond.
I would never recommend anyone to use this developer ever.
