What happened to 'Your word is your bond? '

We moved into a flat at the Promenade in Toti. When we were shown this property by the agent of Maxprop, we were told that we could install our own dstv and she even gave us a number for a agent. She also told us that extra parking was not a problem at all!! Since we have moved in we have had lots of problems with our dstv and when family came to visit during December, we had a break in with their vehicle because the parking is indeed a problem. The owner fo the flat that we are staying in is, the Manager or owner of the Maxprop agency inToti and his answer to our problems is to say that it is out of his control. She took note of breakages in the flat and made us understand that it would be repaired. This has not happenede. We are very disappionted!
