AGENCY TAKES NO RESPOSIBILTY FOR THEIR ACTIONS!!

We had our electricity cut off due to our landlord not paying his account. We have had no apology or call from DPG with regards to this issue which I find absolutely shocking and very poor.

Nobody wants to take responsibility. The responsibility is ultimately DPG, who manage the property, and this account should have been updated before the tenancy agreement was drawn up. The billing address has now been changed to DPG! Why should a tenant be spelling the obvious out to a large organisation - it is pathetic and extremely unprofessional.

Electricity, a basic necessity for a family with 2 young sick kids, was completely ignored.

For 2 days We will be claiming for loss of:

1. Food in fridge and freezer - completely defrosted
2. Maid - could not wash or iron for 3 days
3. Accommodation in a bed and breakfast/Rent lost for 3 days
4. Dinner for 2 nights
5. And the inconvenience! And poor customer service as a client of DPG.

There are also a few things that have been left un-attended since we moved in over 6 weeks ago. THEY ARE NOT GETTING AWAY WITH THIS! BREACH OF CONTRACT...
