Poor Service and Exploiting Deposits

I had to wait 8 months for my deposit where after they short changed my by R2500. I have to contact them more that 10 times to get something from them.

When I moved in the flat was in a bad state and I was told that is ok because I would receive my deposit back. They changed me R2000 for repairing all the holes in the wall after I have fixed them all myself with filler and I did not even make them (if I would have left them I would have be changed too).

My neighbour broke one of the windows and I have reported it to the body corporate and khumba letting but I am still being changed R500 for that too.

As I can see the company is too lame to respond to anyone, so I would just want to warn anyone to avoid this company. If you have to use them make sure you take photos before and after as this is a general rental agency issue where they exploit your deposit.

I wish there would be more regulations to stop companies like this
