Ank deposit fees

Martha Kunene threatened to lock my unit claiming that i owe them money for bank deposit fees, i have seen this anywhere, why do i have to pay for their account? Their accounts manager, Chantel did not bother to handle the issue after i send her serveral mail regarding my complain.

Martha Kunene was very rude and unproffesional to an extend that she send her people to come and lock the unit. My rent was paid by then, she wanted to lock the unit for outstanding bank deposit fees. Is this legal???

THIS PEOPLE ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL, MARTHA KUNENE IN PARTICULAR!!!
