Worst BMW branch we ever dealt with

I am disgusted at the service I received from Ramaboa Duke (Kunene Brothers Sandton) as per below:
1) I phoned Duke 6th December 2013 about a M135I
2) Then send him a mail
3) He replies 9th December with his mail "MORNING" and an attachment
4) No detailed mail, no please find attached
5) After my reply "Im not sure what you mean"
6) He replies back with a better message
7) I then phone him twice, he cuts me off

It's been 3 days now, not one phone call from Duke, only after I sent him a mail; to phone me, no communication, abrupt on phone and his working for the Kunene Brothers, I'm not sure how he passed the interview process, his so friendly on the phone, but after that totally useless, he needs to sell KIA cars, not BMW, out of his league!
I'm totally put off this deal because him, a waste of time dealing with Kunene Sandton.
