No Sense of Agency and unsatisfactory service

I really can't deal with Rawson anymore, they still haven't sent an electrician to fix the geyser, they are saying that they waiting for the electrician to take their calls, it's been three days already and they are not about to get him anytime soon, I can't live like this, do these people even care about their clients, please assist.
