Customers beware. Non ethical business

We bought a house over a year ago which to this date is still not completed. After a year of false promises and untruthful updates about the status of Jade Hill development we cancelled the contract. In the middle of last year we requested a written letter to confirm that if the house is not developed by December 2012 we will get our full deposit back. Despite this written confirmation and letters from our attorney we only received half of our deposit. Neither the agent Erich Erasmus nor the developer bother to ever respond to your mai. Customers be very careful with jade Africa or Triple E
