Electrical Compliance Certificate

I was over charged an exorbitant amount for the Electrical Compliance Certificate, ( required by law, on the sale of my home). Besides this, the one part that was replaced, was the earth leakage and this was replaced with a second-hand used and dirty earth leakage switch, not a new one. This electrician was recommended to me by Rawson Properties who sold my home. I would like to warn other people about my experience of this electrician..
