Disgusting service!!!

We decided to sell our property and called Rawson. They managed to get us a buyer within a week of viewing our property. Being first time sellers we were a bit unsure as to the exact procedures and expected guidance from Arno at Rawson Centurion. He said to us that the offer to purchase is a standard contract without going into detail. Due to that we now have to buy a new dish. We were told registration takes months but that putting occupation down as the 1st ofApril would be fine. Knowing full well the buyers lease expired at the end of March. We now have to move out and will be without permanent residence for. 2 months. Our attorneys have just called us and asked whether we had an electrician come out to check the place yet. Thanks to Arno we were not told that was needed to be done and now have to spend MORE money that we didn't budget for. We aredealing with remax with the purchase of our new property and there is no comparison in service! I will not use rawson again due to Arnos service! Simply put, all he cares about is the commission, the people!
