Avoidance and Bias

I rented a property through Darlene and House Masters. All was well until the landlady trespassed on the property. She then started imposing limitations on who was allowed on the property and switching the lights off when I got home.
Despite numerous attempts to contact Darlene, she has made no effort to engage with me.
She has however, been in contact with the landlady and together they are making it so that it is impossible to live there.
I have paid up my rent fully and have never had a complaint from another landlord/lady.
Darlene has not responded to my request to contact me, and does not appear to have any desire to resolve this matter even though it falls squarely within her ambit of responsibilities.
