Landlords needs to employ better agents!

We responded to an add on Property24 for a house which is to rent. We emailed Chrizane and asked if the property was still available. 3 days later (today) I get a email informing me that the property is still available and viewing is at three a clock. Like thousands of normal people out there, I am at work and cannot just get up and leave at 3. Why are prospective buyers or tenants not informed earlier than on the day? It is a difficult task to find the perfect property in a world where prospective tenants are placed in a bidding war, because this is what 'HOUSE VIEWING" has amounted to. And rude and unpatient agents such as Chrizane makes the process even more difficult and unpleasant.

Please employ people with people skills and common sense.
