Bad service from estate agent

I am having problems with my power for the last 3 days. The power keeps falling. I checked everything to find that the geyser is giving problems. This morning at 8 I let the agent know from who i am renting the house about the problem. At around 12 she let me know that the problem can only be fixed on Monday which I let her know that is totally unacceptable... she don't respond to my friendly request. How do I handle this situation. She wants me out of the house...
It is not the first time that I am having problems with her. She also did not do the checklist for all the faults in the house and when I did complain about it, she threatened me.
