Quick to sell and get R100 000 commission

I moved into my new house I bought through PALM ESTATES which is owned by the ex-mayor of the town February 2013. From day one, numerous problems arrised i.e geyser not working, roof leaking. I asked the owner selling to assist in this regard but unfortunatly after 3 months, new curtains, new bed & matrass, new furniture for the room, I again have to seek help and all that money was spend for nothing as again it rained and everything in the room is damaged. The only effort made by the owner was to refer me to the estate agency saying they sold the house its their problem. An assesor did visit briefly one Saturday afternoon from ABSA but it has been more than o month ago and this week there was another storm flooding all the new furniture AGAIN. I would not recommend this estate agency to ANYBODY!!
