Unacceptable-ContinuousTripping Power Supply

We had 2 geyser timers installed.
The installation kept tripping our main power supply.
We did not have hot water and power supply for 5 days!
We complained on Monday 6th May about the timers not going back on after a power outage. We called and left messages and no quick response!

Eventually 2 technicians with bad attitudes pitched at 17H00 yesterday.

This morning, THERE IS STILL NO HOT WATER!!!

Clearly this was not installed properly from the beginning as we had never had geyser problems in the past. And I cannot get the geyser switches up either!

I want this problems with the shortage sorted out- IMMEDIATELY!

I will not blame users that will refuse to be part of any energy saving programmes.

They were suppose to be registered qualified installers with a set procedure of installation and troubleshooting step by steps. This is unacceptable!
