Ongoing complain for the last 5 years

I have sold my previos house in 2007- Rooigras Street, Salamanca and after that I kept getting invoices for it after numerous attempt where I have informed them I do not own the property anymore they just kept charging me. 3 Years ago I went into their offices to sort this out, spent 2 days their and I though this is no sorted!!!

Out of the blue in Feb this year, it is back again where they have put a Financial Correction on my current account for R12000 referring back to that property!!!

I have logged 2 emails to customercare, spoke to them 3 times and still I had no reply... yesterday I have received a final notice to cut my water and electricity!!!

What more do I need to do to get someone attention and sort it out for me!!!
