AFTER A BATTLE OF TWO WEEKS TO GET ELECTRICITY CONNECTED TO MY RENTAL PROPERTY, I AM STILL BATTLING TO GET CORRECTIONS MADE TO MY ACCOUNT, AND TO HAVE THEM RECTIFY SUSPECTED ELECTRICITY AND WATER . ON 2013-03-18 I REQUESTED THEM TO CHECK FOR ILLEGAL TAM;PERING TO THE ELECTRICITY BOX, BECAUSE THERE IS NO LOCK ON IT. MY PREPAID METER USAGE IS NEARLY R300 FOR 3 DAYS??? FURTHER IT WAS ESTABLISHED THAT THE NORMAL ELECTRICITY WAS NOT DISCONNECTED WHEN THE PREPAID BOX WAS INSTALLED AT THE PREMISES, LEAVING ME WITH AN ACCOUNT OF R20, 000.00. POEPLE WERE SENT OUT YESTERDAY, BUT APON ARRIVAL SAID THAT THIS IS NOT THEIR WORK, WE MUST GO IN TO THEIR OFFICES. WE HAVE BEEN UP AND DOWN TO THEIR OFFICES ABOUT 30 TIMES!! THE TWO GENTLEMEN THAT WERE THEIR SAID WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THE OTHER DEPARTMENT TO COME OUT TO THE PREMISES AT 12 MATTHYS OORD, AND SHOULD THE PROBLEM BE ON THERE SIDE, THEY WILL REFUND US. I FEEL THAT THIS IS UTTER BULL! THEY WERE JUST QUICK TO GET AWAY THEIR, NOT DOING THEIR WORK. COULD YOU PLS ASSIST TO SORT OUT THIS PROBLEM.
