Dear Gautrain Management, Last week you said we can get a refund. When I got to Centurion the person at the counter said I need to hand in my card or else they can't refund me. So I did, but I questioned the person regarding if I wanted to use the Gautrain again. He said then I will have to apply for a new card and the costs are for my account. Today, I am contacted by the Centurion station to say I need to come fetch my card tomorrow and will not be refunded for today. How am I suppose to make use of the train if I don't have the card, because you took my card? You know there will be strikes. Why should the consumer always be out of pocket because of it? Can you not provide a professional solution for a problem that you know will reoccur in SA? Do you understand the CPA?
