Gautrain
GAUTRAIN CARD BLOCKED

My card was blocked because the security people at park claim that it has irregular trips whereas i use the gautrain everyday to and from work even during weekends, i mean i have been using the train since 2011 as i work between hatfield and Park and the irregularity is detected only now 2013. Keep in mind that in each and every stop coming and going there is a security guard and when they suspect anything wrong they make you step aside and i have never in these 3 year been made to step aside.

the agent said to me the only way to explain it is i have been tagging in but never out meaning someone was tagging me out, WITH SECURITY GUARDS IN EVERY STOP SPECIAL IN THE CHECK OUTS HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE. Imagine has i been rushing to a meeting or an interview and i was told it's my problem since its my card. They took my card after filling out a refund form. I had to buy another card just so i can make my trip. This entire ordeal soured the trip not only for me but my little sister whom it was her first gautrain experience.

i am being forced to accept the situation because i depend on the mode of transport day to day.
