STREET LIGHT OUT FOR OVER 3 MONTHS

All the neighbours in the street have contact JHB Municipality to repair the street light in 5 Buffalo Road, Wilro Park, Roodepoort. After numorous calls and reference numbers we have now lost track. The excuses are they do not have the goods in stock. They are short staffed or they tell you, you are at the wrong municipality to log the call. You get given different numbers to call and transfered to many people that you eventually give up. WHY DO WE PAY RATES AND TAXES (LOL). So what do you do, get a ladder and replace the light bulb yourself and then get fined for interfering with Governement property. What is the Governement there for, if you dont pay they are quick to cut but when asking for assistance you still get no satisfaction.
