Unknown EAO from salary

The abovementioned company is taking R4000 per month from my salary for something I know nothing about. I was never in court, never signed anything and have been under Debt Review for the past year and a half. Everybody Financial Solutions, owned and run by Marlene Venter [Email Removed] has been deducting the money, illegally, from my salary for the past 2 months. Please assist.
