Absa took my whole salary for a loan in arrears

I have been unemployed for the past 8 months & recently found a job which I started on 1 Sept13, I then phoned ABSA & faxed through documents requesting to make arrangements for my arrears & fix my banking relationship. I was very grateful when they helped me with my 1 loan account & my credit card which I have managed to stick to my arrangements with them when I got paid. I had never defaulted on any of my payments with ABSA when I was employed. I was told that my other account has been handed over to the attorneys this is after I was debited with R8000 which is worth mentioning as I only had R10000 in my account. I work in pretoria and live in benoni so to with how I get to work for the month, I also have not paid my rent for the past 2 months & owe my landlord R7000 which I was supposed to have paid with that money & had budgeted to pay ABSA R1500 in the event that I eventually do receive a call from the attorneys that they have handed my account to, Due to this my kids are now on the streets with my furniture & their uniforms & everything locked up due to me renacking on my agreement to pay rent. Eventualy after 30min I got to speak to some1 who said plainly its JUST UNFORTUNATE
