Duplicated id

My name is Zanele Mnguni i have had numerous problems with my id book it has a duplicate and as a result have been on the credit bureau and have had numerous calls from debt collectors.i went to home affairs in Orlando west to request for assistance this was in 2010 and no one could assist me i was told to go to the cops and open up a case.i told them its their fault that they issued the same ID number to two people so they should sort it out.last year they said my ID is not duplicated after 3hrs the guy i spoke to eventually noticed on the system that the was a re-issue which i never had to have my id book re-issued and that i have two kids.i told him that i only have one and i have never had my ID re-issued since i had it.it has been a long time since i have been following this issue, i cant buy anything on credit.i have asked them to change my id number as im tired of this nonsense that i have been through.to date i am still waiting for them to process my id application since last year in September.call centre agent that i spoke to today said it was last dealt with last year December 18th. Government service is THE ONLY THING THAT THEY KNOW TO SPEED UP IS TENDER & BRIBES
