PATHETIC INCOMPETENT RUDE SERVICE!

I am a commuter who uses the Gautrain on a daily basis last week however i experienced the worst service i have ever received in my life.

I could not exit the station with my car as the machine at the gate said there was an error with my card and i had to go to the ticketing office. After struggling out of the queue with my card and queueing at the ticketing office for 15 minutes i told "NOSHIPO" that my card had an error and i requested my balance to transferred to a new card.

The ever "intelligent" NOSHIPO insulted me in front of other computers and told me there was nothing wrong with the card and that i don't understand how to properly use the card, strange as i have been using the service for a year now. When i asked her name she left and assisted the customer next to me and refused to help me.

Reluctantly she came back and i was forced to pay R12 to exit the station, rendering my current card useless for all practical purposes. Noshipo then tapped her name tag against the window repeatedly mocking me in front of the other commuters.

I tried to log a complaint over the phone, which is not possible. I then logged two complaints on their website but to no avail.
