The DTI frustrates business

We lodged an application for a change of directors for our company in January on the 28th, they told us it would take 4-6 weeks. Its been 2 months and going on 3 months. Our bank account has been frozen because it needs to be updated on the system because one of the directors resigned. We cannot do business we are literally stunted.

We don't get feedback from them as to say what is going on. Every time we go there they tell us the next day the next day. We are so frustrated and don't know what to do anymore. The same people who claim to be helping businesses are the same people who kill business.
