NO BUSES FOR ROUTE 19 AFTER 5PM

On Friday the 15th of March 2013 I had to wait from 17:00 to 18:30 for a bus which should normally leave at 17:00 and another one at 17:25. I informed the inspectors on duty who kept saying there would be a bus coming in 15mins time. This is a problem we are facing as commuters on a daily basis and we have to constantly resort to using taxi's after paying for a full months trips which will not be re-imbursed afterwards.

I have contacted your call centre and was informed that this problem would be resolved immeditatley but 3months later we are still facing the same problem. Rather inform us the commuters that you are unable to supply a bus after 17:00 or have a bus that leaves at 17:30 everyday from Ghandi Square to Yeoville to avoid such an inconvinience as some of us travel with children.
