We as commuters of Putco are tired of their continous bad and even lack of service

It has not even been a full month of the new year and already we have had 3 break downs, we commuters from Protea Glen Ext 11 & 12 only have 3 buses which get packed to the rims i catch the bus on Randfontein Road and i am one of the last few to board the bus and i am constantly standing from the time i get on the bus till my stop in Midrand, this happens every day to and from work. If our bus is not broken down its another one and then we have to give the other commuters a lift, filling the bus with an overload of about 30 or more other people while our bus is full aswell.

We are not receiving any help from Putco yet our tags go up frequently, our Drivers David, Nhlakanipho and Sipho try their best to assist and take in as much people as they can but Putco is not good to them.

Instead of putting up Christmas stickers inside the buses they could have serviced the buses, it was the festive season a lot of buses were not working, you could have used that time to check that they were in proper working order.

We do not feel safe at all in a Putco bus and if we had a choice we would use Metro!
