Us always late

We are loyal commuters to putco buses traveling from fourways to chiawello with the shift/bus no 9071 when the driver is late the only respond or excuse we get is that putco does not have buses they wait for other shift, therefore as commuters we wait for over an hour even more. If we phone we do not get promising response this has been happening for the past 6 months, when using alternative transport putco doesn't reimburse us as commuters we can't even use the trips loaded for the coming week
