Last week I had a shocking service delivery experience with Fist National Bank Wilkoppies, in an attempt to transfer Directors signing rights on a Business account. (only because the company I took over had an account with FNB)

I then took my business to ABSA Bank (should have done that right from the start) Highly professional and proficiently they got me a new business account within a day.
