4 days w.out electricity and 2 closed references

Lightning struck the white phase and took out the connection. Electrician confirmed this. Logged call on the 12th - They came, looked at the wrong distribution box and closed it as "No fault". Re-opened the reference, holding on for very long to get through each time to the call centre. They came again, verified that it is no longer connected and left. Closed the refernces. On the 13th I call the call centre three times during the day and eventually get another reference. The 14th I phone again and get told it was closed as they do not - Get this - "have enough manpower". I call this morning and the call centre just plain refuses to open another reference or supply contact details for a manager. I eventually (through a contact) get hold of a manager... phone... He resigned - I don't blame him. And in the meantime, my household is still without electricity
