4 Times to report same incident and supply details

Reported faulty electricity on 3 different occasions, obviously holding for 22 - 45 Minutes every time you call the call centre. Ask them to put my contact details in so they could call me when the technician arrives at the Property with instructions on which boom to use for access. They were there "1" time out of the 3 times which was yesterday morning at 02h53 and did nothing. Claim to have been there this morning at 01h53. This morning I asked if my details were on the previous calls only to get another big "NO" and another reference and a manager that will supposedly call back to escalate, Call logged at 09h00.. First 2 Reference numbers 2144961039, 2145052402 last one of the 4 this morning 2145089384. City Power you could win the GLOBE AWARD for the worst service ever...
