Yelling and Threatening

Today at 07:25, I went to the Licensing Department in Tzaneen to renew my Driver's License. Everything went fairy well, until we had to sit in the queue to get our eyes tested. The lady who is responsible for the eye tests, Dinah Shivambu, came out of her office and explained the procedure. We could not hear what she said over the noise in the room, and I have asked her politely to repeat what she had said. In a very unprofessional and rude tone, she said that I should have listenend because she already explained the procedure.

I have asked her to stop raising her voice at me and keep calm. She then raised her voice even more and said to me that if I have an attitude like this "you will have many problems here today". I said to her that I will not get involved in a conflict like this and will rather report her. She yelled at me and said that I can report her because she doesn't care about me, and that I can even report her to Jacob Zuma.

I ignored her comments and know that by reporting her will not bring me anywhere. I feel that shocking service and unprofessional attitudes like this towards any customer is unasked for and needs to be reported to the public.
