Impossible to renew driver's license

Went there at 2pm as they supposedly close at 3pm.
This after leaving in the morning as they took 20 minutes to check 1 persons eyes. There were 56 people ahead so I left. Anyway, upon my return I was turned away as they were "closed". When I asked what time they closed I was told to speak to the supervisor. I did but she too wouldn't tell me what time they closed.
SO I asked where I can complain about the service and was told Centurion!
After the loud comments I made whilst leaving I best go to another centre.
Useless, rude, unhelpful bunch of inefficient.
Looks like a 4 - 6 hour task...
