Hit by a truck at randburg Licensing Department

Today I went with my father to get a booking at Randburg Licensing department. on the way in at the Road entrance a learner driver with an inspector doing her test hit my father he was on the curb.
Luckily he was not badly hurt and the truck driver did not seem to notice. So we walked in following the truck, finally I approached the truck and told them what happened, never before in my life have I been so insulted the driving instructor her manager and the other inspectors were cruel to say the least. never asking our names, or if my father was alright and calling him old man. We were so angry we had to leave hope I can still do something tomorrow with the cops.
