Reporting itmes (bad to good experience)

On Tuesday 02 April, I went to Carletonville police department to report my cell phone which was in potch at a soccer match. The 1st person who tried to assist me couldnt even explain the procedure correctly, it was a young Pedi Gentlemen who kept raising his voice to me and insisted i had lost my cell phone instead of it being. He said opening a case of a cellphone would take him too much time and he was only willing to report it as lost, which was untrue. He wasnt prepared to open a docket and he kept shouting and making senseless statement, I was frustrated so i went to the next police woman. She was a young Woman named Mosa, she was very articulate, soft spoken, polite and explained the procedure to me clearly and i was very impressed. she had the attitude of champions. it was her knock off time when she was busy assisting me and instead of choosing to leave she stayed until i was totally satisfied and happy. This is the type of attitude that i enjoy experiencing from government officials. Keep it Up Mosa, you restored my faith in the tarnished image of the SAPS.
