Dear Mrs Booysen

With regret that I have to report on my visit to the Rosslyn Licensing Department was one of the most unpleasant things I have done for a long while. I waited approx 2Hours in but if that was not enough when it was my turn for the eye test I face a very rude and abrupt consultant: Mishinga. After greeting her friendly I realized she was not in a good mood. First nothing was explained only that I had to look into the monitor in front of me. When I got it totally wrong this is when the harassment started. With words like what are you doing, with you I don't know and faster and then when I got it right after she explained she decided to fail me on purpose. I got a score of 6 out of 12 which is incorrect should have been 8 out of twelve. To my detriment after waiting so long she told me you failed, which I simply just could not believe that.
