ROBOTS (TRAFFICE LIGHTS OUT) AGAIN

The traffice lights (Robot) out of order and not working at a big 4 way stop. there has been a huge accident involing a coke truck and other vehicles already. It is on the corner of Allandal Road and Boeing in Elarduspark, Pretoria. No-one is stopping there and everyone is skipping the stop. There is also no traffice officers to assist with the traffic. You hold on forever when trying to report this situation and the 012 358 9999 number do not know who you have to speak to and you get transferred all over. Charmain 082 748 9362
