Why are there always a problem to make a booking

We have been members of dream vacations for longer than 10 years and lately there is a problem every time we want to make a booking. We currently live it Hamburg and need to make bookings through South Africa. So we prefer to use the email booking that Dream vacations have available. We cannot hold on the phone from Germany to South Africa to make bookings. This is the second time I try to make a booking abroad. I tried in September for October and did not even get a reply from Dream vacations now the 10 January 2014 and I still struggle to get this booking finished. My husband had to phone them and hold forever to get them to answer my email. All we got was lame excuses. Now they want to give me places available but a month later than the date requested. Do they have to many members and not enough units for bookings and not enough staff to assist? Why can one never find any places available? What is their PROBLEM? The booking service from Dream vacations is not good. But if you have to pay they are very quick to contact you.
