My mother went to get her Old age pension funds on the Tuesday 05/02/2012 at King Williams Town Gubevu location hall, on arrival she was advised that the funds have been used already and she was sent to the offices at town King Williams Town, on arrival they printed a statement for her and they said she has to open a case at police station and advice them that she lost her card and she advised them that she did not lose her card, they said to her there is no way they can help her, she did not take the name of the consultant, but she advised that she can point her.

I then asked my sister to fax me the statement in order for me to assist; I received the statement and noted that on the 02/01/2013 amount of R 700.00 was deducted with the same reference number used to deduct the funds on the 01/02/2012" it's read thus: PURCHASE (EMV) USN 1324530965. R700.00 deducted on the 02/01/2013 @ 12h03 am, R 29.95 @12H04am, and R2000.00 on the 01/02/2013 @12h07 am, n R320.00 @12H08 am on the same day. No one can assist us but someone somewhere is taking my mother old age money that the government is providing to her, can someone please help us.
