DAYLIGHT - WILL REPORT TO POLICE

Hi, I received a call from NDS Credit management regarding an account that was handed over to them by Bayport Financial services. They asked me if I am willing to make a payment arrangement I said YES, you can deduct R600 from my account. On the 30 April a total R1400 was deducted from my account by NDS and an additional R850 from Bayport itself. I contacted Bayport and they advised that they never advised you guys to deduct funds and they only had an instruction of R850 no other funds and I need to contact my bank. I tried calling NDS but everytime I call the phone is engaged... NDS gave me two reference numbers 10965617 and 10965618 but BAYPORT has no record of this... I will be going to my bank as THIS IS DAYLIGHT WHERE PEOPLE JUST DEDUCT FUNDS FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AS THEY PLEASE... AND ONCE I HAVE GONE TO THE BANK AND HAVE MY PROOF I AM OFF TO THE POLICE STATION TO LAY A CHARGE OF AS BAYPORT CONFIRMED THEY DID NOT INSTRUCT ANYONE TO DEDUCT THESE FUNDS.
