Ekurhuleni is really suffering in the technology department. We are obliged to pay accounts via their web site, for some inexplicable reason. Firstly, their password is set to 6 characters, but you can type more without the system telling you.

Then, when you try to log in, your password is incorrect, and you get locked out after 3 attempts for n-minutes. Gz, what for--are you protecting a gold reserve?
