ROE site times out repeatedly

I start trying to be complaint last week in between meetings. The site timed out over and over. Today I have tried again and managed to access the site between timeouts.

Apparently I am registered with them (when?), however now my user name and password do not work. It has taken me four attempts to request a new password.

Being compliant is sabotaged by ill-working user unfriendly websites. The burden being placed on SSMEs is unbelievable, especially as we are never likely to claim.

To crown it all, it took four attempts to verify my ID number when requesting a new password
