Absolute pathetic services! I have made a mistake on the account number when I made my payment - I have asked multiple times to have it corrected, only to have to ask again. Now I receive a final notice!
How pathetic is that?! They do not do their work, but as soon as it looks like I dont pay, they can make the effort to reach out a notice??!!
