Parking Access Failure

I would like to bring to your attention that every day this week we have been stuck in a parking lot traffic jam due to Gautrain's inability to fix the booms at the station. I pick up my Husband at the station every evening and for at least 2 weeks one boom has been completely out of order.
During the busy times there are continual issues with peoples cards not working in the operational boom. this means we sit and wait in a line for someone to assist but nobody comes...
my biggest issue with this is you have 15 mins collection time and then you have to pay for the parking so the problem intensifies when people waiting in the line end up over the allowed time and the boom blocks you for not paying.

Firstly Gautrain charge a huge fee for over 15 min of R100 the parking in general is hugely over priced and now we sit and wait 20 mins to get out??? with prices this high surely they can pay to fix the second boom and help relieve the problem???
Secondly considering the cost why cant they have someone on duty to assist with this problem... an actual person at the booms during peek times would make a huge difference.

pity you stuff up on parking when the rest is so good!!!
