Bad customer service ended up in claims

Threatened to be killed, intimidated by asking what are we doing at the SASSA offices our 'white ' and threaten that the 'white ' will never receive a grant again... this was the attitude of the staff at the SASSA offices in Pretoria. My son receive a disability grant. the grant was not paid as normal and I queried it. i was told telephonic-ally to go to the office with Id, birth certificate and my son. we were sent from 1 cue to the other. after waiting a while we were told that we should made an appointment, I disagree and tried to explain that I am working and cannot come back due to the type of work I have. the staff at the offices wasn't very helpful - I didn't expect this type of customer service at all. I was upset because the staff weren't willing to listen and we left the offices, on my way out I slipped at the door and slammed the door behind me, before I could turn around to make excuse the staff ran out and threaten me to kill us there and then, they called us *^%$ wit boere. my children isn't use to this type of behaviour and I just kept on walking with my daughter and my husband with my 4year old son followed. Are there some decent people who can help us?
