Misinformed Gautrain Call Centre

I called the Call Centre for Guatain to enquire about the pricing of parking at the Sandton Gautrain station. I was told the charge was R15 A DAY. Based on this information and the cost of taking the train to the airport and back I decided to park my car at the Gautrain station. When I returned however I discovered, the cost was only R15 FOR THE FIRST DAY and there after the cost increases. If this is the parking pricing system surely it would be a good idea to explain this to someone calling to enquire specifically about parking pricing instead of completely misinforming them. So my parking was in fact R150 for the weekend instead of the R60 I had budgeted for.

I find this completely unacceptable as it would have in fact been cheaper for me to park at the airport and I based my decision to use your service due to the apparent affordability of this option.
