On Saturday 15/06/2013 I visited the Sandton station. After dropping off my passenger and not parking, I wanted to exit immediately. The boom I stopped at did not want to open, after which I pressed the help button. It took forever for the person on the other side of the intercom to pick up, after which she was not very helpful either. After quite some time I was assisted by a parking attendant lounging around in the basement parking. The whole process of inadequate assistance took longer than the 15 minutes allowed for drop off, thus I had to pay a R100 to exit. As I wished to query this I parked outside and went to the ticket counter where MBALI was stationed. She was rude from the word get go, not even greeting me after I pleasantly greeted her. She simply informed me there is nothing she can do, and nobody else is available to help. I find this unacceptable.
