Oh No this is bad!!!

How do you complain about something when people do not care about their service, because you are actually reliant on services?
The Pretoria bus service just does not care the other day I waited and waited and waited some more .from 10:00 - 14:00 still no bus for my route, I eventually took another bus that does not go my route exactly, I have to walk about 5 blocks, the placing at the bus stops are not exactly comfortable, the following day I had constant back ache is there not something to put the of into these people. All they have to say is eish its a problem this one
