Drivers refusla to drive the proper route

I am very disgusted and appalled by the attitude and behaviour of your drivers. In particular on the 6 jan 2014, bus no. 3149 which leaves Cape Town at 16:55 to Heideveld. The driver of this bus absolutely REFUSED to drop me off at my usual bus stop in Heideveld and instead he drove from vanguard drive into klipfontein road and didn't bother to come INTO heideveld. I literally begged this man to drive INTO Heideveld to drop me off at my usual stop but he point blank refused and told me to sit down. I explained the proper route to him over and over and also that he could have turned into a road that would get him on the proper route but he refused and said he will not drive in circles and is driving STRAIGHT to montana. Eventually I forced him to open the doors on modderdam road where I had to walk home for 25minutes in the rain, in a area might I add, which is not safe at all and very unfamiliar to me. So much so that 2 males in a car started following me and stopped on a corner that I was about to turn down and waited and watched me. As a result I had to walk home via the main road so that I wouldn't be cornered in any quiet side streets. I am beyond.
