In October 2012 i bought a bed from the Dial A Bed at Trade Route Mall in Lenasia, the sales man was so eager for me to buy the bed that they even kept they even waited for me to come back at 15:30 even though the store was closed at 15:00. The guy guaranteed that this was an excellent bed. A couple of months down the line the bed feel all funny and the springs on the bottom right side of the bed seem damaged. I then went into the Dial A Bed at Trade Route Mall branch to advise then of the issue, but it seemed like the sales man just didn't care and said that head office will contact me. A compliant was logged ref 173024 on the 26 Feb 2013 and its now the 08 Mar 2013. I only received one call from someone advising that the complaint will be attended to by the supplier and no other calls have been received. I am disgusted with the after sales service as it seems like Dial A Bed sales people are quick to sell you a product but don't give a what happens after that. I do not wana speak to any consultant, so don't waste my time get me a manager or director to contact me. If I don't receive urgent feedback I will contact Consumer Protection Act coz this seems like a reject bed to me
